How do you handle client privacy?
We only film clients who give written consent, keep faces and identifying details out when asked, and shoot treatment close-ups in a way that keeps people comfortable.
Can you work around appointments?
Yes. We film tours and explainers before or after hours, and book treatment shots with clients who want to take part.
Can we use the videos in ads?
Yes. We cut versions for Instagram and Facebook ads and keep every claim factual, in line with Meta’s rules for health and beauty ads.
Do our practitioners have to be on camera?
Only the ones who want to be. For promos and ads, our on-camera talent add-on brings in professional models and presenters, while your practitioners appear where their expertise matters.
